New Home Orientation

Prior to the closing of your new home, our team will conduct a comprehensive New Home Orientation walk-through with you. This personalized session is meticulously crafted to acquaint you with the proper operation and maintenance procedures for both the interior and exterior features of your new residence, ensuring that you feel confident and informed as you settle into your new home.

Any areas requiring adjustment or do not meet our stringent performance standards will be carefully documented during this process, allowing us to address them promptly and uphold our commitment to delivering homes of exceptional quality.

Customer Care Timeline

30-Day Customer Care

Following the completion of your home purchase, our dedicated Warranty Team will conduct a comprehensive quality assurance check within 30 days. This serves as an opportunity for you to raise any questions or concerns you may have regarding your new home after settling in.

11-Month Customer Care

As part of our commitment to your satisfaction, a final quality assurance check is scheduled eleven months post-completion. It is imperative that you perform a thorough walk-through of your home during this time and document any warranty-related issues to be addressed before the end of your first year of homeownership. We highly recommend using the itemized warranty list provided to you at closing to track repair items as they arise throughout the year, rather than waiting until year-end to compile the information. Requests for warranty service should be submitted only at the conclusion of the year, rather than on an ad-hoc basis as issues arise.
