Great customer service seemed like a thing of the past… at least that’s what my husband and I thought until we met Rod at Key Land Homes. 

Rod at Key Land Homes has gone above and beyond our expectations to ensure that my husband and I are fully pleased with the end results. 

The house is everything that we wanted and more; Key Land does not use cheap materials just to cut costs.  They are truly are great builders who clearly take pride in their work. Key Land designs are one of a kind, they put so much thought into everything that they do; and it shows.  I did A LOT of research before purchasing this home.  I went through five different builders looking for the perfect home and this company definitely provided everything I asked for.  

Rod was unbelievably helpful throughout the whole home building process. My husband was overseas while our home was being built. Rod was not just a builder; he was more like family to us.  He was always available when I had a question about the house.  He truly made our home PERFECT, flawless, wonderful, amazing, astonishing, fantastic; ALL OF THE ABOVE!!!

 If you are looking for a home, please don’t waste your time with someone else that will do just a good enough job; rather, have someone who loves and wants to take care of you throughout the process.    

Also, Kerry the interior designer is magnificent. Kerry knows exactly what she is doing. As soon as my husband and I walked into the model home, we noticed how nicely the pictures looked throughout the house.  The home was so inviting and the interior decoration was beautiful.  I knew as soon as I saw the model home that I NEEDED Kerry to help me with deigning my place.  And when it came time to decorate my house, Kerry knew exactly what was needed in each room. What can I say our home looks picture perfect.  There is so much more I can say about this company, but go check out one of their model homes for yourselves, the house will take care of all the convincing that you need.

The decision to build a Key Land home is one of the best decisions I have ever made.  As an empty nester with an older home and a challenging yard, I knew it was time to move into something more manageable.  I wasn’t ready for town house living, but the thought of building a house, alone, was very intimidating.  That all changed after my first meeting with my Key Land agent.  He sat down with me, really listened to my concerns, helped me select a plan to fit my lifestyle, showed me how to add some custom touches to make it my own, and introduced me to an impressive team of associates who were there to help me every step of the way.  From that point forward, I was far from alone.  Together, we chose the perfect location for my new home, and my dream began to take shape. 

I cannot say enough about the care and quality that went into the construction of my new home--from the foundation, to the framing, to the finishing.  Key Land’s basic package includes many amenities that its competitors’ basic packages simply do not.  The noise-free truss system, exterior waterproofing/insulation system, solid-core doors, and interior trim are just a few of the items where I had noticed a vast difference when comparing apples to apples as I toured various builders’ model homes.  That’s what pointed me to Key Land to begin with.  That, and the fact that Key Land has been around for so many years and is still going strong.  It says a lot about the company and the people who make up the Key Land family.

I love, love, love my new home!  This was easier than I could have ever imagined.  And although I have only had a couple of small warranty issues, once again, my team came through with flying colors.  The repairs were made quickly and pleasantly.  I feel like I’ve made some new friends for life.
